I want to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service that the KLM Airlines Tel Aviv Office has offered. My own interaction with the office was simply exceptional. When I first contacted them for help with my travel arrangements, the staff was courteous, professional, and really eager to assist.
I went to the KLM office in Tel Aviv to get some questions answered regarding a multi-leg trip I had reserved, such as seat preference, baggage issues, and requests for special meals. The front desk person greeted me with a pleasant grin and a cheerful demeanor, and she quickly referred me to a customer service specialist. All of my concerns were thoroughly addressed by the crew, which was effective and sensitive.
Their extensive familiarity with the airline's policies and their patience in outlining my options were two things that really caught my attention. Their ability to easily accommodate my needs was matched by their advice on how to maximize my Flying Blue miles. They regarded me as a valued visitor in addition to a customer.
