I work in manufacturing engineering with a focus on CNC machining and precision parts.
Most of my experience comes from real production work — dealing with machine behavior, fixture repeatability, tolerance control, and parts that don’t always behave the way drawings suggest. I’m especially interested in how machine tools, setups, and process choices affect part accuracy over time, not just on the first run.
I use this space to share practical observations from the shop floor and ongoing projects, mainly around machining precision, production stability, and manufacturability.
