This was my fave OT craft/session so far. I named it the “Strateg-Tree” 🤣 got the idea from a continuing ed course I took and decided to implement it with one of my kiddos who is working on cognitive flexibility and emotional regulation. Started as a scavenger hunt to find the little branch and then she made the leaves from paper. She came up with positive words of affirmation, things she’s good at, as well as emotional regulation strategies. So rewarding for both of us.
