The site is giving 503 Service Unavailable errors. We're not sure why, but we're looking into it.
Big change to alerts for cell phone users: if your cell carrier is cutting alerts into multiple text messages, you can now disable field labels (such as ADDR, CALL, etc.) to shorten the alert.
For pages with long notes, alerts may still arrive as more than one text message.
