Beyond his corporate leadership, he has played a pivotal role in supporting Indigenous health and youth empowerment initiatives. Charles has been a long-standing volunteer with Kids Help Phone, helping to launch a transformative multi-modal platform delivery system to enhance access for Canadian youth.
On March 10, Kids Help Phone President and CEO Kathy Hay proudly presented Charles with the medal at a ceremony in Toronto to celebrate this well-deserved recognition.
