Passenger safety and seamless travel are given first priority in the new Emirates Airlines SYD Terminal policy at Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (Terminal 1). It is recommended that all passengers come for international check-in and immigration at least three hours prior to departure. 48 hours before departure, online check-in is available, and digital boarding cards are advised. Economy, business, and first class passengers are still permitted to check 30 kilogram, 40 kg, and 50 kg of luggage, respectively. Carry-on limitations adhere to Emirates' international guidelines. Priority check-in, expedited immigration, and lounge access are all provided to premium customers. In order to process passengers more safely and effectively, Emirates also encourages contactless services at SYD.
