Just a quick message to say that I am getting through messages as fast as I can (there are quite a few). I must politely stress though that the email address and WhatsApp links are and always have been on the right hand side of the webpage, I am an independent affiliate marketer and don't have any influence over orders or bank charges (this is stated in the bio of this page).

I am also a customer myself and from experience, you will receive an order confirmation when placed and another email when it has been shipped.

It can take 1-2 weeks depending on stock levels to process the order and then another 2 weeks for it to ship from Hong Kong.
Some of my orders have taken 6 weeks to be delivered, I would prefer it sooner myself but we are only paying a fraction of the cost compared to the big companies.

Please don't take this as me having a moan but there is nothing I can do to make things get to you any quicker I'm afraid.
