These Referral Program Terms form a legally binding agreement between GOOD AND BAD PEOPLE LTD ("we", "us", or "our") and you ("Participant") regarding your participation in our Referral Program ("Program"). By taking part, you agree to these Terms as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Please do not participate if you do not agree to these terms.

The Program

The Program allows you to earn rewards for referring others to join Good and Bad People. You must have an active account and use your unique referral link to participate. Referrals must register via this link to qualify.

Eligible Referrals

• The referral must be a new user with no prior account on the platform.
• The referral must sign up using your referral link.
• Referrals sharing the same IP address as you or another user may be disqualified.

Rewards

Participants will earn a cash reward per eligible referral. The amount is listed in your affiliate panel. Rewards are subject to a verification period and may take up to 30 days after a referral is approved for payout.

Sharing Referral Links

• Do not post your referral link on commercial coupon/deal websites.
• Do not pay for ads or mass-distribute links using bots or unsolicited messages.
• Only the last referral link used will count toward reward eligibility.
• Misleading promotions or spamming will result in permanent ban.

Program Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or our community guidelines. We may also cancel or modify the Program at any time.

Program Updates

We may update these Terms without prior notice. Updates will take effect once published. Continued participation means you accept the new terms.

Promotional Use

By participating, you grant us permission to use your name, username, or profile image in promotional content, social media, or marketing campaigns without compensation.

Communications

You may receive promotional emails related to the Program. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the email.

Confidentiality

Any internal information shared through the Program, including referral metrics or strategies, is confidential and may not be shared publicly without written permission.

The Program is provided "as is." We do not guarantee reliability, availability, or performance. We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent allowed by law.
