Good and Bad People is a community-driven marketplace that connects independent buyers and sellers.
While we don’t sell products directly, we provide the tools and safeguards to ensure secure, fair, and respectful transactions across the platform.
This page outlines how refunds and returns are handled between users.
All sellers using our platform are expected to meet the following minimum standards:
Marketplace items: Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
Pro Memberships: Refund requests must be submitted within 1 day of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
Refunds must be requested for one of the valid reasons listed below.
You may request a refund or return if:
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The order was incomplete (missing components or items).
You received the wrong item (size, color, or product type).
The product does not match the listing description or photos.
The product does not fit (applicable to size-based items like clothing).
❗ Change of mind is not considered a valid reason for return or refund.
Log in to your account and go to My Products.
Open your Purchased Orders.
Find the item, select Order Status, and click Request a Refund.
Complete and submit the Return Form with the necessary details.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the seller agrees otherwise.
We recommend using a trackable and insured courier to avoid issues.
Once your return is received and approved by the seller:
The refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Funds will be added to your Good and Bad People Wallet.
It may take 1 billing cycles for the refund to appear in your account.
You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is completed.
Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
Items returned in used, worn, or altered condition will not be accepted.
All returns must include original tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging.
Do not attach tape or labels directly to the manufacturer’s packaging — always use protective outer packaging.
Refund requests submitted after the eligible window will not be approved.
Good and Bad People facilitates the transaction but does not act as the seller. Buyers and sellers are expected to communicate directly using our return system.
In case of a dispute, our support team can step in to help ensure a fair resolution.
